"Needed a room for a nights stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! They did accidentally give me the wrong room but quickly got me fixed and apologized for the inconvenience. Was very happy with my stay!"

"I requested an accessible room but it was being renovated. I asked them for a regular room that would not take a long walk to get to. The honored the request. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfy. It was the best night sleep I had on my 4-night trip. The others were in Days Inn which I would stay away from. This hotel also had good breakfast: eggs (yes, those expensive eggs), sausage, gravy, cereal, waffle and the usual toast, butter...and juice, coffee. I would definitely book them...

"The checkin process was efficient and friendly. I had a bit of a fumble with my key card and a staff person noticed and showed me how to correctly use it. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was perfectly clean and well laid out. It had all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel room. A chair, a desk, a desk chair, a nice well-made bed. Two bedside stands two lamps and alarm clock, a TV or refrigerator or microwave. A luggage stand. A chest of drawers. The sink area had a coffee maker...

"In my room ,the fridge didnt get cold the heat jad to be turned up very high to get it warm in room,coffee pot doesnt work,had to borrow some cleaner from office before i could take bath"

"It’s not a lot luxury hotel by any means, but for what it is, it’s excellent. Our room was very clean and well maintained, as was the facility itself. The breakfast was good. I will usually have oatmeal and it was good oatmeal. For people who like waffles, eggs, meat, etc., they had that. The television had some streaming services. The pool was nice. My husband had to wait at the front desk for staff to come back because they had ran out of towels at the pool. "

"The customer service was excellent, and the room was super clean along with the facility being very clean. The breakfast was very nice a lot to choose from. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The bed could have been up, upgraded to a more softer bed. We will be staying again."
